Bateaux London welcomes people with disabilities and has developed this Access Statement to address some of the more common issues that disabled guests face.
This Access Statement is intended to provide additional information for all guests who wish to join a Bateaux London Lunch, Dinner or private charter cruise. Recognition has been given to include guests with an impairment, which may include mobility, sight, hearing, learning disabilities.
Catamaran Cruisers Limited aims to ensure that all employees, guests and visitors who use or assist in the provision of our services – whether they have a mobility difficultly, a visual impairment or difficulty, have a learning difficulty or mental health disability, use a wheelchair, cane, walking frame or crutches, or have any other disability – are treated equally and according to their needs.
We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of any special needs or disabilities in order for us to meet any personal requirements.
Bateaux London’s main embarkation and disembarkation point is Embankment Pier on Victoria Embankment, London WC2N 6NU.
The Pier is approximately 50m from Embankment Underground Station (District, Circle, Bakerloo and Northern lines) crossing over the Pedestrian Crossing on Victoria Embankment and turning right. Embankment Pier has step free access by turning left having crossed Victoria Embankment and using the alternative ramp.
Bateaux London is located in London’s West End and on street parking is limited.

Step free access is offered from Embankment Pier on to the two restaurant vessels – the Symphony and the Naticia. Due to our flexible table plans, guests with mobility issues may be accommodated at easily accessible tables and additional space may be provided for Seeing and Hearing guide dogs.
Bathrooms on both the Symphony and Naticia are accessed via stairs; no lift is available.
Both boats offer accessible outside decks.
